Why SONAR?
SONAR is the "one stop shop" Case Management System (SONAR CMS) solution for an integrated approach between Criminal Justice, Health Care, Social Care and other third party organisations that have have a vested interest in the safe detention and treatment of people held in the Criminal Justice system.
Through role based access controls, and a robust consent model, SONAR can seamlessly share the relevant information between key stakeholders, which in turn:

Reporting is real time and can be per staff member, per location, per contract, per region or any other specific reporting requirement.

Key stakeholders from the Blue Light and Health & Justice communities contributed their concerns and expectations of a modern multi-agency system, helping to inform the User Experience and User Interface (UX/UI) design for Sonar.

They are key to analysing outcomes for appropriate cost-effective treatments to apply through the Health and Justice pathway, helping to restore people’s lives and enable them to break away from reoffending behaviours.

Workload Management
SONAR is designed to show the user their current workload, referrals, review and other actions required of them. This is all done through a simple friendly, familiar and intuitive web portal.
Users can prioritise their workload or allow SONAR to do that for them.
