SONAR is the first Health & Justice Case Management System with the objective of reducing reoffending through the better management of interventions and improved outcomes.
JWPM is led by some of the UK’s top ICT experts in Health & Justice solutions and supported by practitioners with over 100 years of combined public and private sector ICT healthcare experience. Our insights to resolve multiple shortcomings within the current detained-settings healthcare model have led to SONAR CMS’s formation, in 2020. Our team now combines their operational knowledge and experience with the latest ICT advances in design and architecture to provide the UK’s first complete, effective Health and Justice Pathway ICT solution.
Our goal is simple: to create an effective, joined-up case management pathway that will stabilise and restore people’s lives and help them to break away from the costly cycle of re-offending.

With 16 years’ experience, Jason is at the heart of delivering tailored data and reporting solutions aimed at the management of key performance indicators. He also undertakes data discovery alongside providers and commissioners to assure data quality, or examine trends and correlations, providing new and exciting perspectives to inform key decisions within the Criminal Justice pathway.

Russell has 23 years’ knowledge and experience of clinical system design and configuration in both the Private & Public sectors, covering General Practice, Mental Health, Community Hospital’s, Community Services and Health and Justice.
